Makoto Ozone Duets
American vibraphonist
Burton and Japanese pianist Ozone have been performing for several
years as a duo. A few months ago they made a new CD for Concord,
“Virtuosi”, which features classical compositions reinterpreted in a
jazz key. There is no presumption in the choice of the CD’s title, for
they are artists who possess an extraordinary technical mastery of
their respective instruments.
